Due to the nature of our slow fashion approach and commitment to craftsmanship, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. When purchasing from Amoeba 449, you are supporting a unique, handmade process that values artistry, individuality, and sustainability.

No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, as each piece is created with a thoughtful and intentional process. Given that our brand is managed by a single person, we are unable to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exceptions
We take great care in ensuring the quality of every item. If your order arrives damaged due to a production defect or shipping issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/contact information] with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a suitable resolution, which may include a repair or replacement at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Amoeba 449 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, the responsibility lies with the carrier. We recommend reaching out to the shipping provider for any delivery issues.
